[oletrucks] technical question

I know it isn't a classic but, I am having problems with my brakes on my
90 GMC pickup.  The problem is every so often the pedal will go all of
the way to the floor but, most of the time it is nice and firm.  I have
already tried to bleed the brakes and this has not solved the problem.
I have also replaced the master cylinder but still have had no luck.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
