A 1993 Jeep Cherokee plastic tank fits quite nicely between the rear frame
rails and provides 23 gallon capacity. You can cut the top mounting support
out of the floor of the Jeep and fab them into the rear of the truck.
Before I do any welding, I would like some input from the Oletruck gang.
With the gas filler door mounted in the rear fender, how do the filler tubes
feed from there to the gas tank? Do they go under, over or through the frame
rail? Is there enough room between the bottom of the bedside and the top of
the frame rail to fit the hoses.
Thanks for your help,
Rick Kremer
