I was wearing the lap belt I put in years ago, it's just one I got from
the junkyard from a 1970ish full size Chevy. I guess it did it's job, I
hit my nose on the steering wheel but didn't get any other injury.
Having a shoulder belt would be nice...if I had hit going faster, things
could have been worse.
wayne--no, this isn't the "blue" extended cab truck. I'll be able to
fix the orange one.
