I have not gotten any positive feedback yet as to people coming or not just
some interest.

Then we will scoot back in town for a stop at my buddies shop where we are
working on a '46 Chevy will be finished late spring,a '56 Chevy channeled and
running with just the bed and interior needing to be finished and what ever
else will be in the shop that day we do a lot of air bags etc and we will have
some of the boys with there toys around also
plus several custom choppers in progress
so if you want to join us please email and I will post directions and hotel
accommodations
if you bring the wives I will have a shopping escort available or we can just
drop them off at the gambling boat three miles away

Carl, Sorry to hear about your "other" plans for that weekend. That's the
bad part of waiting till later in the spring to have this event. We are
starting to get into the car show season, so it's going to be hard to find an
open weekend. Maybe you can talk one of your in-laws into going for a ride in
your truck, and have coffee with us for a couple hours. I have got a few
inquiries about the event, and have forwarded all to Bill so he can keep track
of how many are planning to attend.
Saturday, I spent the day waxing my 2000 GMC, the whole time thinking, or
wishing it was 50 years older. I have been looking at trader magazines, and
ebay, for another truck, but haven't found anything that fits yet. I need
something that runs, so I can enjoy it right away, doesn't need a whole lot of
major rebuilding, and something I can afford. The last one is the hardest
fit.
