Thanks Wayne. I have the axle on top so the blocks will lower the truck.

If the rear end housing is sitting on top of the leave spring pack then
lowering block will move the axle upwards toward the bed giving it a
lowered stance. however if the rear end housing is sitting on the bottom of
the spring putting block in will make them a lift kit instead of a lowering
