My 57 GMC V8 with air conditioning, a 180 degree thermostat, a 5 blade
non-clutch fan and a good shroud stays below 195 degrees in stop and go traffic
in 95+ degree Houston.

Subject: [oletrucks] Fan Advice?
To gain maximum cooling, which is better?
1. A stock clutched fan or flex fan with a properly sized shroud; or
2. A properly sized electric pusher fan controlled by a thermostat.
Need your experience and advice. Thanks as always.
