Kurt, I measured the distance on the frame that I have in the back yard and
I have two values for you. Bear in mind that I am running my tape measure
along the top of the frame. The first is from the front of the frame rail
and that is 30 & 3/16 inches, the other is from the front edge of the front
cab mount and that is 28 & 9/16 inches. I hope that this will be of some
help to you.

i'm in the middle of a MustII IFS installation on my 58 3100. the axle
location got ground off while cleaning off the frame. i need to know the
front axle location from the front of the frame. thanks in advance for the
help.
also, have 58 front axle, springs & steering system, gas tank and the rear
axle, yours for the asking.
will have heater for sale (not deluxe)
i will be smoothing the dash and have factory electric wipers, due to the
cable control for the factory wiper motor i will be selling the wiper motor
w/control in favor of an aftermarket wiper motor. motor is 2 speed w/park
function. i need to find out the price of a new motor before i price this
