Brad, that depends! ?? You can have a one-ton axle with singles, same width
with diff wheels to make it a dual wheel axle,
AND, still have WIDER width axle for a "Doolie" truck, the one-ton's with
the wider fenders on regualar beds. Those are actually a wider tubing and
axle than a straight commercial type dual wheel axles. I doubt you could get
this axle under a panel or smaller truck. Spring compressors, buy in pairs
for one spring, don't use just one on one side of spring, it wll fly out and
kill you or someone nearby. I always like the big round frame mount tanks
hanging in open on the big trucks, but if you're doing a Van, guess that
wouldn't be good!
