Mike:
I replaced these pins in my truck, but they were not rusted, so I don't know of
any ricks to getting rusted ones out.

Good Afternoon Bill:

I got your information from the GMC Truck web site. I also have a 55
2nd series stepside GMC. I was wondering if you might help me with a
question. I am currently
working on the suspension, Do you have an idea how to install the
threaded bushing in the frame out riggers, for the (pins) that connect
rear leaf spring shackles. The pins holding my leaf springs were frozen
with rust. The grease hole was filled with rust and no grease made it
to the pins in years. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,

Mike Walker
