I know how this guy feels, my '48 is basically done, and some of the magic is
gone now, but I will never sell it. I found a solution today, I went and
looked at some trucks I could use as a daily driver and get rid of my S-10
daily ride. I found a nice '65 stepside with a 230 six cylinder and auto in
McKinney TX. Even SHMBO was impressed with it. I pondered awhile and
decided to go for it. Paid the man and she is sitting in my driveway
tonight. The excitement is back and I'll have a daily driver with a little
class too. There are photos under Mike Ks '48 on the Yahoo group old truck
photo page.
