Bah, the store that was selling the book new through Amazon sent me an email
stating that they were out of the book. The email said that they would
remove the listing from Amazon. This is a common practice for this store
according to the Amazon feedback. I thought that it was too good to be
true:

I checked amazon and looked at book. It was more than you stated here. I did
see some used ones from $19.99 but the amazon price was $32 or so. It did
say you saved $14.95 below the price. You sure you only paid $16 or whatever
you said in last message? I've had good luck with the used CD's from them,
wonder if books are good shape too?
oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959
