Alright, I just decided to try spraying the por-15 on instead of brushing it 
on, and it went on without any bubbles (except maybe 1 or 2 on my small 
part, but thats better than like 100's).  I didn't even thin it.  I wonder 
why brushing it on made so many air bubbles?  They appeared as I brushed 
them on.
