[oletrucks] Suburban / Panel / SUV roots article in Custom Classic Trucks

    I just picked up the August 2002 issue of CCT, it has a '69 Chevy 
Suburban on the cover. Inside is an article on the beginnings of the SUV, 
beginning with Chevy's '35 Suburban. Article is about 3 pages long, with a 
few black and white pictures of the eary subs, not any of the TF or AD 
versions, though.
