Rob,
I'm not sure what year of truck your working on but I'll take a guess it's
an AD and tell you what you need. Their are little wire clips that snap
onto the inner lip of the headlight ring and hold on a rubber seal. The top
most wire clip has a tab that fits into the slot on the headlight bucked
just above the headlight and that's what secures the top of the ring to the
headlight retainer. I believe www.chevyduty.com and other vendors sell the
clips and seal.
