Well, personally, I'd be willing to pay about 12-15 dollars for one. Mass produced they could/should be cheaper, but for custom work, component costs, etc, even that price may be borderline profitable. A good voltmeter costs about $100-150 ( digital, that is, not analog ), I think some of those cheapie analogs can be had for around $10 at some auto parts stores.
