Most guys anymore buy the prefabricated IFS kits (Independent Front
Suspension); this eliminates cutting the truck front in half.

Don't use the Camaro or the Nova subframe on an AD truck because they are
too wide. Use the Monte Carlo or similar.

Most guys use 73 thru 85 Camaro, Nova, etc.; but anything will work. It just
depends on how much time you want to spend on it.
