[oletrucks] louvered heater vent

Does anyone on the list have a trashed cab that they may want to cut the
louvered heater vent out of?  My bud "tony" has a '48 wrecker whose PO
decided the vent was not needed...(california truck), so the louveres were
flattened with a hammer and bondo'd over.  Please reply off the list and i
will forward to him.  thanks!
