[oletrucks] Window parts question

I was cleaning the window regulator on my 49 panel this weekend and notice
that the rollors that glide on the lower window frame need to be replaced.
LMC truck parts seems to be the only vender that carries them.  Has anyone
had any experience with replacing this part and where did you get yours.  I
hate to buy a whole new regulator just because of that one part.  The rest
of it seems to be OK.
