Hey Jim, Before you pull the water pump check for grinding sounds with engine running using a hose from pump to ear. After you pull pump see if impeller is loose on shaft. That could explain your hot running. Bob ADler oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
