[oletrucks] 53 Carb Question

I have a 235 and just purchased a new carb from National Auto.  The base on 
the new carb is too big to fit on the bolts on the manifold.  I was 
wondering if this has happened to anyone else.  I could maybe switch the 
base from the old to the new but would ruin my warranty.  Hopefully someone 
can help with the best answer to go about this.
