FYI, if its to close to the center from its intended location it will 
interfere with a exterior sunvisor mine is in the right original  location 
and comes within an inch of touching the folton accessory visor .   i went 
out to the garage and took a look , it is only 7/8 of an inch from the mirror 
arm....... steve
