How can I best remove excessive carbon buildup in my cylinders/head/valves? I've heard of slowly pouring water down the carb throat while running the engine at around 2000 rpm, or substituting ATF for water and doing same. Any other thoughts or advice, or how safe or effective are the two schemes already mentioned...? Rob oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
