I've only ever seen the inner door moulding in SS on the 1947-1950 one piece
door glass. I have two set's for my projects and that took a few years of
hunting them down. They were both on deluxe cabs!
Are you sure it didn't just crack in half at the factory weld seam? If it's
not too bad you could have it rewelded and polished.
The moulding on the 1947-1950 are the same "one piece door glass" and then
the door switched in 1951 to add the vent wing window so the moulding is
different. I've actually welded up the little notch on the moulding for the
vertical glass channel guide to make one steel moulding up for a one piece
door glass.
Time to hit some swap meets!!!!
