[oletrucks] Question about a 57 panel truck...

Does a "57" panel truck use the same doors and hinge pockets as a "57" 
pickup? Just wondering before I go look at one this weekend. The seller says 
it is in "fair" condition except in the door area where there is rust. If the 
back doors are also rusted badly how hard is it to find replacements? And 
would any other year's rear doors work?
