All,
Any suggestions for where to purchase or reline the rear brake shoes for a 50
Chev 3600? It has 12"x2 drums and of course has "huck" style brakes. I found
one place that wants $118.00 pair to reline and that seems a bit high! Or...
Will I have to bite the bullet ?

Thanks,
Gary

Percentage wise, the resistance of a properly crimped connector <0.1
ohm) would be very small compared to the value of the sending unit
itself so it would have no signifigant effect on your reading. A bad
connection however could cause some trouble. I am unsure what you mean
by a master plug but if you keep your connections clean and make good
crimps I don't think you will have a problem in any of the relatively
low current gauge circuits.
