The only turkey baster in the house is the one I use for homebrew, so that's
not an option. I pre-baste my turkeys with a horse syringe & a spinal tap
needle. In any case, SHIMBO has no authority in the kitchen which is why I
can get away with cleaning truck parts by putting them in the oven and
setting it to self-clean (well it could work...)
Actually, if my manifold filling up becomes a recurring problem I'll tap it
and put in a drain cock. Or better yet, drill a hole in the Rochester and
run an overflow line back to the gas tank. For the time being I'll probably
just leave the carb off and run on the fumes seeping up from all the gas that
drained into my crankcase, or else ride the donkey.
