I have added door switches to nearly every vehicle of mine that doesn't already
have them. Its so easy to wire up, since the dome light wire is right next to
the headlamp switch. The only thing did to my 57 to make it work was to
superglue a few pennies to the door because the piston for the door switch was
not quite long enough.
