[oletrucks] Need help

Well  need a little help got my electronic distributor installed and trying
to
wirer it up. there 2 wirers coming out of the cap 1 for the battery or hot
line to the switch the other says Tack?  where do I hook that to? or do I
even need it..????  chevy 350
