I think many of us have been there...done that! Besides looking for a clogged or crimped fuel line (carefully check the one below the cab where the rubber line comes out and meets up with the metal line on the frame), you might try pulling off the gas cap and see if it runs better...a vacuum can build up in the tank if you don't use a vented cap, and this will starve the engine of fuel.
