I think they offered 12 volt originally as an option but switched it to standard equipment as soon as they had used up the stock of 6 volt items. Hence, the ads for 12 volt system availablity are correct. Ken oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
