If you cant find anything out from the rear-end #'s you can fid out the
gearing by counting the # of teeth on the ring gear and divide that by the
# of pinion teeth.
It sounds like your gearing is pretty low, probably 4.11s.
Also, If you don't have an overdrive on your trans the final ratio is 1:1.
A 700r trans(overdrive) would work well for you and is easy to install.
However it would be cheaper to buy a higher gear set and live without the
overdrive(thats what I'm doing)
