[oletrucks] Chrome trim

I didn't realize until I took my '50 3600 to the paint shop that the grille
is not chrome, but stainless steel, same as the window and dash trim.  Was
this standard for the deluxe cab?  I see a lot of chrome grille
reproductions for sale, but I don't believe I've seen any stainless.  Just
curious.
