Here's how I did the floor in my '55 1/2 ton panel:
Remove the bolts from the perimeter and the hold down channel at the front
and rear. Remove the center bed strip and snap a chalk line on the center
line of the bolt holes. Run a skill saw down the line. The ends may
require a little hand work. Lift one edge above the other and slide out one
then the other. Save the pieces for a pattern and reverse this process with
the new floor. Your bed strip will cover the seam down the center and hold
the pieces together.
Of course it takes 2 - 4' pieces to make up the width. The extra length may
require the help of a specialty plywood shop.
