[oletrucks] paint on 56 horn button?

I now have a rechromed 56 horn button, but need to know if they are supposed 
to have paint on them anywhere.  The old one looked like it had remnants of 
paint (black?) on it.  

Does anyone have a picture of a NOS or mint original 56 horn button that they 
could send to me so I could see what paint is used and where it goes?
