I personally like to see what interests other members.  If you have a hard
time with these, merely delete them.  I often find that I narrow my search
criteria too closely, and some of these items give me prosperous leads to
needed items.  Also, I use the total sale price criteria for 'market value'
on other items.  My vote is to NOT prohibit these posts.  -Don
