[oletrucks] Wheel bearings and seals

New axle seals are
completely different
from the old.  New one's
are National 414045. 
Which side goes in
first?  #'s in, or out? 
Do I reuse the metal
ring that was behind the
bearing?  Any permatex
like the manuel says? 
What is meant by
dressing out the stake
points?  Thanks to you
