Charlie, 
 If I'm not mistaken the the fenders on the 58 & 59 truck's with single
headlights are the same width as the dual head light fenders. The 55-57
fenders are not as wide therefore the patch panels will not work. Also the
angle of the wheel openings are slightly different on the 58 & 59  than on the
55-57.
