Clif,
You know you are correct. I did not receive a c/c receipt with my ticket order
and just mailed the tickets on.
However, we actually managed to hit the next quantity break, so the cost of
the admission tickets (the special for Sonomans part) dropped to $10. Quite a
steal including the (slightly lame) wine tent). The corral and laps was a
reasonable $15,no quantity breaks, for a sunny day and with a full three laps
as originally promised. Shame about the Saturday reality.
So there are some refunds owing to folks, which I will have to calculate and
then mail out. I will defray my mailing costs but eat the two hours of time to
write the envelopes both times! Look for refunds early next week of $5.00 per
admission ticket you purchased less $1.00 mailing costs. (Spreadsheets are
great things)
I apologize I had not figured this before. I was concentrated on the weather
forecast for last Saturday, and so pleased that we made it onto the track.
Regards,
Tim

Hello Tim.
Hey...thanks a bunch for doing the ticket thing this year.
I do have a question regarding the price of the ticket. There is a $10.00
price at the bottom of the ticket and I thought perhaps that might have been
the additional cost for the laps or something. But that didnbt add up
because that was part of the corral cost. Anyway I was just curious. How did
this all play out?
