Does anyone in the group have an MGA original (Vanden Plas) aluminum
hardtop that is complete but unrestored?
I am trying to get really good photographs of the edge details and
fabrication methods to see if it is possible to manufacture a
reproduction in either fibreglass or aluminum.
A restored one would also be a help but harder to see how it was put
together without removing the lining etc!
It would be a faithful repro of the original shape and use all the
currently available hardware.
I am in Mill Valley and the potential manufacturer is in American
Canyon, so I am willing to drive to photograph it.
Thanks
