Hi Folks,

Well I ALMOST got my car on the road. Two weeks ago, only the horn did
not work (it used to), but when I crossed two contacts on the horn
relay, it sounds. I could not figure out how to get it to work at the
steering wheel.

Over the past two weeks I have driven it a few miles but one by one
another electrical device does not work (a few go out at a time). First
the wiper blades and the front side lights, then the brake lights, then
dash lights, license plate lights, turn signals. I checked to see that
the fuses worked on the bench.

This weekend I unscrewed each fuse screw, cleaned and reset each wire
(about 20). Now only the headlights, tail lights and truck light work.

Otherwise, the car runs great!

There must be something basic that I do not understand, like a regulator
or something that has gone out. Perhaps the positive ground is not
connecting to the fuse boxes? How do I test?

Any thoughts would be most helpful. If I can do it, I won't have to
bring it in to a mechanic.

Thanks in advance,

Charlie
