If the paperwork is good and it has never been written off as gravely
damaged, the title is likely worth more than car. My guess is 2000-3500
depending on what someone is going to do with it. In the UK, it could be
worth even more.
If the rear axle and front axles can be salvaged...even better! If a
buyer sources a chassis frame and crossframe from the factory ($800)
(and buys a skinned body with doors hung ($4500). then they are a long
way towards a new car. There are many motors and drive trains that can
be put in, including an original one at not too high a cost. My guess is
20k and they have a new perfectly legal Morgan.
They can also rebuild the car from other Morgans' parts and have a
authentic Morgan...even cheaper.
Lastly, they could bring in a virtually new car as a repair. But I don't
think the Factory is ever going to do that again, regardless of the
price they are paid.
