66 4/4 SerV Comp TACH connection.

I am restoring a 66 4/4 Ser V Comp that was converted to negative ground.  It
has
a SMITHS  RVI  1400/OOB  Positive Earth tach, with a spade connector and a
post with
an oblong hole in it with a thumb screw on it.  Does anyone know to wire this
tach?
