Help! '51 +4 value?

Hello,

I am in the process of possibly buying an old +4.  Needs attention as has
been sitting inside for a long time, maybe 25 years.  Lacks engine.  Any
ideas as to value range?

Did these cars come with Triumph engines, or Standard engines, or are both
of these the same?
