No, Tony, I haven't restored a tan Brooklands wheel.
BUT, if you can tolerate a shiny BLACK Brooklands wheel, I have a new (unused)
high quality wheel that I can sell at a very reasonable price. I don't need it
for my restoration since I've changed to a wood-rimmed wheel.
