How do I get a new recruit on the list?

How do I sign up a fresh recruit to our list? The guy in question is
Mike Virr, an ace Morgan mechanic, owner of a very special 4/4, with a
checkered past as a racer both with the VSCCA and "the real stuff"  and
a Riley taking shape in the garage. I told him about our great list last
night at dinner but don't remember how to get him signed up. Any help
from the rest of you would be greatly appreciated. I know it is simple
to do, but don't remember the words. I know it ain't "Open Sesame".
