Another unique atribute of the Olds version was the use of additional headbolts due to the turbocharger pressures. Of the GM versions, the Olds engine may be the one to have. Now days people consider GM to be very conservative but they were quite experimental in the early sixties. They just got bit by all of the unusual stuff. Can you say "Corvair?" "Tempest?"
