I have had nothing but excellent customer service from both Isis and Cantab,
and had no idea my message implied anything to the contrary.
Bottom line... the car sat for ten years and the cylinders went bad. I first
thought it was the brake like and replaced it. When a professional mechanic
removed the cylinder, he discovered it was cracked.
I seem to have a talent for offending someone no matter what I say.

Ross - Look at it this way. Us Morgan owners are like 500 stranded,
desperate men living on a desert island with only 2 women, one on each side
of the island. Although the men have evolved a society in which they are
able to live together in some sort of harmony, the tensions that are
generated due to the unsatisfactorily low number of women available sometimes
causes ungovernable passions to break forth. Unnaturally strong loves and
hates can be generated, and things are sometimes said which everyone regrets
later.
The only solution is to "get through" these outbreaks somehow, and continue
living together in tolerance, doing our best to wait patiently for our
allotted time. It's not easy, obviously.......I'm currently in love with the
woman on the Eastern side of the island, since she gave me a new valence
panel last month when I visited, said she would send me an invoice, and
hasn't sent it yet. Either she's lost my address or is trying to tell me
something special....
