Dear 'All You Happy US Mogsters Out There'

Any information please on the following two sports racing cars from the 1970s:

                            a)  Samurai

                            b)  Marauder

Also hoping to hear re the origin of the term 'dickey' as in 'dickey seat' in 
a car of the 20s and 30s.  I think it is a carry over from the horse drawn 
coach into the bespoke car coachbuilders.
