Front Wheel bearing races

I pulled off the front hubs on my 67 +4 over the weekend with the intent of
replacing the front wheel bearings. Upon inspection I find  there is no way
to get a drift behind the outer races since there are no cut-out notches.
The back side of the hub diameter is actually slightly smaller than the
outer edge of the race so no way to get behind it. Does anyone have any
suggestions on how you get these races out. It is unlike anything I have
ever seen?
