Plus 8 Steering Creak

I have an '87 Plus 8 and I hear that noise from time to time as well.  
In my case I can't say I have felt there was any pattern to it.  I just 
assume it goes with being a Morgan!

I will say this:  while I have quit making a practice of driving this 
car when it is really cold, I can say from personal experience that the 
steering wheel doesn't want to turn at all when it is 25 below.  Took 
care of the creak!
